We’re thrilled to offer table spaces on the second floor of the Olympus Sports Center, exclusively for athletes, coaches, and designated team chaperones during tournaments. Each space includes a 6-foot table with a tablecloth. The space is intended to fit one team, providing the perfect gathering place for your team to have their cooler table. Outside food is only allowed in this area of the building.

We have 22 tables (tables 23-29 are for overflow) and reservations are on a first come first serve basis. Please note that there are different table reservations below:
SINGLE DAY RESERVATION: This should be used if you are reserving a space for a single day tournament.
TWO DAY RESERVATION: This should be used if you are reserving a space for a two day tournament. Please only reserve for your first day. Due to the format of the tournament we will only be booking one team per table for the whole weekend.

Facility Policies.
The Cooler Tables are an amenity offered by Sideline Social as a convenient option for teams, they are not a requirement. Each space is set up to accommodate one team at a time. These rented spaces are the only area outside food is allowed and are intended for use by the athletes, coaches, and team chaperones.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD is allowed anywhere else in the facility.
NO crockpots, microwaves, hot plates, and/or any food warmers permitted upstairs.
NO team warm-ups allowed upstairs.
NO balls and ball handling allowed upstairs.
Outside chairs are allowed upstairs ONLY. Please do NOT block exits or entrances for safety reasons.
Teams are responsible for keeping their space clean and tidy throughout their stay.
Trash should be disposed of in provided trash cans. We encourage all guests to use liquid dump stations and recycle whenever possible.
NO tents are permitted in the parking lots.
NO outside tables, glass containers, BBQs, propane tanks, and/or any appliances allowed on the premises.
Foul or abusive language will not be tolerated. Staff reserves the right to remove, or have removed any person(s) due to abusive conduct or a non-cooperative attitude.
Treat these courts and facility with respect.
Any drinks on the courts MUST be in a sealed container that you can hold upside down without spilling and must be in-hand. ONLY water is allowed on the courts. Drinks found unattended will be discarded.
The facility is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Shaken Not Stirred Cafe is now open. NO OUTSIDE FOOD is allowed in the cafe and on the courts. Items purchased in the cafe must be consumed in the cafe area or outside. Athletes that purchase from the cafe may bring food to their cooler table space if the team has reserved a space.
