The Cooler Tables at Olympus Sports Center
Looking for a warm and comfortable space for your athletes and coaches to rest and refuel between games? Tired of your team braving the cold or running back and forth to the car? Sideline Social has you covered!
We’re thrilled to offer table spaces on the second floor of the Olympus Sports Center, exclusively for athletes, coaches, and designated team chaperone during tournaments. Each spot includes a 6-foot table with a tablecloth the space is intended to fit one team, providing the perfect gathering place for your team to have their cooler table. Outside food is allowed in this area only of the building.

Please not that there are two different table reservations below:
Single Day reservation: This should be used if you are booking a room for a single day tournament
Two Day reservation: This should be used if you are reserving for a two day tournament. Please only reserve for your first day. Due to the format of the tournament we will only be booking one team per table for the whole weekend. We have 29 tables and reservations are on a first come first serve basis.

Important Information about Olympus Sports Center – Café, Cooler Tables and Gym Space
§ The Shaken not Stirred Café is now open for your enjoyment. The Café does not allow outside food.
§ The Cooler Tables are an amenity offered by Sideline Social as a convenient option for teams. They are not a requirement. Cooler food (outside food) is only permitted upstairs at the cooler tables. Café food may also be enjoyed at these tables.
§ Cooler tables are for athletes, coaches, and team chaperone. Please designate 1-2 chaperones for the day. Cooler tables/spaces were set up to accommodate one team at a time. It is not enough space for 2 or more teams to share even if they have opposite schedules.
§ Crockpots are not permitted.
§ No balls or ball handling is allowed upstairs. Team warm-ups are not allowed upstairs.
§ Teams are responsible for keeping their space clean and tidy throughout their stay.
§ Trash should be disposed of in the provided trash cans, and we encourage all guests to recycle whenever possible
§ NO FOOD is allowed in the gym areas – Beverages may be consumed as long as there is a spill proof lid on and the beverage stays in hand. Only Water in a spill proof container is allowed on the courts.
§ No outside tents are allowed at this venue – property owners rules, due to the lack of being able to follow the rules last year
§ No outside food is allowed in the building outside the Cooler Tables – We thank you for your consideration.
